It’s scary how much we love Halloween. What’s more, is combining some of our favorite things – like Halloween + entertaining! We may not go trick-or-treating as adults, but we sure should have a freaky, fun time celebrating. Jacquelyn with Beijos Events is giving us all the hospitable inspo on hosting a modern, black & white Halloween dinner party. The best part is, you can host a chillingly chic party without going overboard. These minimalist details, like sprayed flowers + ceramic tiles, make the spirited impact you’re looking for without being too time consuming.
Jacquelyn shares: Go minimal! With the stand out pieces being the tiles and the floral installation, we kept everything else fairly clean and simple: from the paper goods to the gorgeous tabletop. We also used sparse flowers on top of the table to let the tiles do the talking – but black tapered candles are definitely a must! And, ultimately, keep it cozy – it’s important to make your home feel inviting when hosting a party.
We’re hauntingly curious about this Halloween dinner party. Let’s browse the photos snapped by Cyd Weeks + get in the spirit!
The paper goods by River & Bridge are so modern + clean. We love that this menu is dripping in bloody merlot. Creepy!
Dinner is Served
Of course the main dish is roasted bone marrow! On-theme creations from Colette’s Catering bring this Halloween dinner party home.
Squid ink pasta brains. This food is creepy but still so appetizing!
The levitating, sprayed hydrangea is incredible. All you need is one statement piece to really set the vibe. Happy Halloween hosting, friends!
