I will forever sing the praises of Yoga With Adriene. She made me love yoga back when I was skeptical and always seems to know exactly what I need to hear in the moment—whether it’s, “relax your jaw,” or a soulful encouragement. Start the year with her annual (totally free) 30-day series.
I’ll admit that I’m overwhelmed by skincare, but I’m slowly making changes based on my needs. Those needs include affordable + clean products, if possible! I just added this Versed (from Target!) gentle retinol serum to my routine. Feels like a good move.
My favorite Christmas gift from my husband!
I ended the year reading this warm hug of a book in two days. The Netflix film is equally charming—forever a fave.
