What’s the best way to preserve every single flower or piece of greenery used in your wedding? You could hand-press the blooms, sure, but Handmade by Sara Kim has a better idea: make them out of paper! The new 2018 paper flower collection has us absolutely swooning! This isn’t some cutesy craft, people. These blooms are the real deal. Think of Handmade by Sara Kim like you would any florist: she can piece together a bouquet, centerpiece, or flower crown with each singular bloom to create your wilt-free dream florals! So fun, right? Here’s the scoop from Sara:
I wanted to capture all the little details you find in wedding bouquets that are made from real flowers, only with paper flowers. I hand cut, shaped, and painted every petal + leaf so each flower would be unique. When bundled together in a bouquet, that uniqueness really comes through. Since every flower is different and made from scratch, we can customize every bouquet. This goes same for our paper eucalyptus: each leaf is cut separately for a unique branch every time.
Can you believe these are made from paper?!
These paper flower crowns are stunning!! E2 Beauty incorporated the headpieces into the bride’s loose locks + braids.
Just LOVE this idea of preserving your bouquet!
In addition to bouquets and headpieces, Handmade by Sara Kim offers basically any floral design you could ever want for your wedding. Think: garland, cake toppers, boutonnières, even flower walls!
The perfect photo backdrop? A succulent paper plant wall, of course!
