Are you getting in the Halloween spirit? The team at GWS sure is… With all the creative editorials we’ve seen, especially ones that lend themselves to the darker + moodier side of things, we can’t help it! Today’s styled shoot is for those that want to highlight those moodier feelings and perhaps even those that wish it were Halloween all year long!
Taking us into the woods of Julington Creek Preserve, photographer Courtney of Fonda Foto + Film captures a spooky, yet romantic love story for the ages… Complete with skull-inspired masks, brilliantly wild florals, and ethereal smoke, we couldn’t imagine a more perfect setting for an October engagement session.
Prepared to be spooked…
Crushing on that beaut of a ring as much as us? Pick up your very own from Olive Ave Jewelry Co.!
Replete with gorgeous silk ribbons, this is one stunning bouquet brimming with berries and peachy pink stems by Marble + Pine. We’re particularly fond of the way the lighter tones contrast against the dark shadows of the day’s palette.
As for the dress, what could be more fitting than an all black ensemble from ASOS?
Can you say, “HAIR GOALS?!” Blush and Mane perfected the Blake Lively-worthy pony and we’re *dying* to recreate this look…
Because what better time than October to break out the fog and embrace all the spooky + sultry feelings?
So, we’re curious — how would you style a Halloween-inspired editorial?! Let us know in the comments below!
And a huge thanks to the talented team of creatives behind this ghoulish editorial… :)
