Brendon Urie (yep, that Brendon Urie, the lead singer of Panic! at the Disco) + Sarah’s chic Malibu wedding was filled with tons of gorgeous, classic details and some of the prettiest florals I’ve seen in a while! Saddlerock Ranch was the perfect place to bring their family + friends together for a sweet + meaningful celebration. They had a very talented team of vendors who helped them create their dream wedding and everything was perfectly captured by Art is For Lovers! I love what Sarah had to say about their day:
It was very important for us to have this day reflect our love for one another, something beautiful, romantic, whimsical, and unique. Every detail really came together the day of and we became very emotional when we finally got to see it all at once. We were honestly speechless at how beautiful everything was – it truly felt like a real-life fairy tale.
And just wait until you see Brendon serenading Sarah during their first dance…so sweet! Big congrats to Sarah + Brendon!
I think Sarah’s bouquet is one of my all-time favorites!
Seriously…how gorgeous is Sarah?!! The Vera Wang dress, the hair – majorly loving everything about her look!
Processional: Elevator Love Letter – Stars
Recessional: Cannibal Queen – Miniature Tigers
First Dance: Faithfully – Journey
I love, love this gorgeous dresser-turned-bar from Found Vintage Rentals.
From Sarah, I chose it to be the main bar of the night as a special piece devoted to Brendon. The man loves his beer/whiskey, so I wanted to surprise him by having that area be a special highlight. He loved it.
I love flowers a ridiculous amount, and we were so lucky to have Megan Gray of Honey and Poppies as our florist – she is a floral genius. I told her what my favorites were, and she ran wild with it in the best possible way. They turned out more magical than I ever could have imagined. To me, flowers really do add a big romance factor to a wedding’s atmosphere. Again, it felt like we tore a page out of a fairy tale. I couldn’t agree more!
Take a moment (or two, or three!) to breathe during the process of planning. Being the over-thinker that I am, I had a couple of stressed out moments where B reminded me of what the day was truly about - simply our love, and that the rest will all fall into place. It totally did, when I saw everything the day of I took a giant sigh of relief and was taken away at how gorgeous it turned out. You can easily get lost in the planning world, try not to think about it so hard. Trust your gut. Have courage behind your convictions!
I would just like to thank every single person/vendor that had a hand in putting together our dream wedding. We are so very grateful for each of you and the hard work you put into it. We were lucky enough to truly have the all-stars of the wedding world!
