Tea For Two: Garden Party Wedding Inspiration Like You’ve Never Seen!

Hello lovelies! Today, we’re inviting you to step into a secret garden and pull up a chair at this enchanting tea party. The brain child of several creatives, “The Pretty Project” was a one-day workshop geared towards educating those in the wedding niche. Attendees were welcomed to classes on styling + design with Forrest and J, photography essentials with Wisteria Photography, and floral design with The Bloemist. Making things *EXTRA* special and eye-catching, Jenny of Forrest and J designed the tea party tablescape, that is giving us serious heart eyes. Florals were big and bold, details were colorful, vibrant, and some even celestial-inspired!

We could go on and on about all the delicate + dainty details, but we’d rather show you! After all, it was called “The Pretty Project” and meant to be shown off…

It was all about the details for this pretty project! Take a look at all the colorful brushstrokes on the invitation by Lazy Creative Designs, and how it carried through to the envelope lining! So, so fun!

The Outfits

And then… there was this ethereal Orion star dress by Watters. Glam, celestial-inspired, yet still carefree… Oh, we are over the moon for this style!

OW, OW, OW! How stunning is this combo of a sandy-hued suit and our GWS x Neck and Tie floral tie + pocket square?!

The Whimsical Garden

Holy SMOKES, all the greenery! Nicole of The Bloemist focused on cutting edge floral trends… and in case you didn’t notice because you were blown away by the florals, this served as the Escort Display! Yup, all the names are listed on the cement pots. This table later served as the floral workshop station, too!

Bringing it back to the star-covered dress, Lazy Creative Designs created this watercolor moon backdrop.

Simply GORGEOUS.

As if the whimsical garden wasn’t enough, the team put together this stunning “Wild and Free” backdrop, complete with a blooming floral arch.

  That neon detail from Neon Dive Bar gave the backdrop a fun and unexpected pop.

The Tea Party

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy — this TABLESCAPE!! From pressed ferns and florals from The Bloemist, to all the darling rose pink + gold details from Anthropologie. 

So many fun textures + pops of color! Lazy Creative Designs hand-painted menus + crafted place cards for our tabletop that really tied the whole look together. 

Wicker chairs topped with asymmetrical florals — be still our boho-lovin’ hearts!!

Is your mouth watering? Hatch Eatery provided breakfast and lunch for everyone. YUM!

The Florals

We seriously cannot get over this bouquet + all the pops of florals for the day! Poppies, antique roses, and so much texture?! The Bloemist deserves a serious round of applause.

The Lounge

In case you weren’t impressed by the spaces above (but let’s be honest — we’re in AWE of everything here!), Golden Arrow Events designed this cozy Airstream space.

We could TOTALLY hang out here all day!

The Sweet Treats

For the love of sugar… Starting with the adorable laser cut sign from Creative Amme, and then moving on to all the confectionary delights by Elise Cakes + Sugar Crush Sweets — we can’t pick a fave!!

Macaron topped cupcakes, served in ice cream cones… does it get any cuter than this?!
