Maybe it’s the intimacy of the day, or the beauty that’s shown when a wedding is stripped of all its traditional frills. Either way, elopements are very dear to our hearts – and may be particularly inspiring to couples dealing with pivoting wedding plans because of coronavirus.
Whether an elopement has been your plan from the start or you’re making a big wedding change, today’s boho elopement inspiration is free spirited, filled with macramé + hosted in a greenhouse. Alma Creative teamed up with Ivory Embers Photography, and here they share their vision: we wanted a striking transformation; an organic process of converting the open vintage space into an overgrown, bohemian sanctuary – with a contemporary color pallet of charcoals, terra cotta, rusts, and evergreens.

We’re firm believers that there’s no such thing as too many plants. These lush greens are a mix of silk, supplied by Bespoke Décor, intermingled with live bushels of ferns, fiddles + tropical flora from Our Little Flower Company. Macramé plant hangers, from Hearts Intension Macramé, are decorated along the glass window fastenings. Lush + amazing!
Macramé Styling + Terra Cotta Touches
Large matte black chargers, provided by Bespoke Décor, lay the foundation of this tablescape. Built upon them are abstract diamond salad plates + oatmeal fringed napkins. The modern gold flatware + a personalized terra-cotta place card give this greenhouse celebration an elevated, cool vibe.

Let’s talk about this rad, could-be-macramé gown! The bride showcases her curves in the ‘Sequoia’ gown by Rue De Seine.
