Nicole is the owner of Savannah, Georgia-based Ivory & Beau, where she and her team help brides choose the dress, design the day, and deck it all out in dreamy florals. She’s basically the wedding expert—so when Alex proposed on a snowy mountain overlooking Lake Tahoe, let’s just say she was ready.
Working in the wedding industry for 5 years, I dreamed of the day I would be the bride…not the planner or the florist or the bridal consultant. So when Alex proposed, it was game on. The theme of the wedding really came from our personal style as a couple and if you were to come into our home, you’d know it. Old Roberds Dairy Farm was the perfect setting for our giant tipis while the large oak tree dripping with Spanish moss was perfect for the ceremony!
Nicole’s festival-style design unfolded with the help of her team at Ivory & Beau, several rental companies, and day of coordination by Savannah Wedding Dreams. And there to capture it all was the talented married duo, The Poffs!
Nicole designed the entire invitation suite and all the paper goods herself! How adorable are they?!
Jeffrey Campbell boots coming in for the *ultimate* rad statement.
Bride Goes Boho
How gorgeous is Nicole in this Julie Vino dress? The long sleeves, the deep plunge, the train—so beautiful!
Nicole and her team at Ivory & Beau did all the florals for the day! We LOVE the inclusion of the air plant in her bouquet.
Blush & Mane gave Nicole the most epic boho hair, complete with multiple braids and blooms!
Stop right there…that floral tree backdrop?! Insane! Such a magical design by Ivory & Beau!

The Festival-Inspired Reception
After the ceremony, guests gathered under tipis where tables overflowed with greenery, macramé details hung from the canopies, and colorful decor combined for an amazingly fun vibe!
Pampas grass + tassels—the best!
SO many fun details! That taco menu by McKenzie Does Calligraphy is super cheeky and cute.
Ivory & Beau is known for their prehistoric mascot so naturally, dinosaurs popped up throughout the day!
Look at those cactus cups from Urban Outfitters! Cuuuute.
Be yourself and do whatever you want!!! Guests will love the experience!
The last song!!! All our guests circled around us while the DJ played "Stand by Me" and everybody sang as loud as they could!! It was so special!
Take another look at the sweetest details from the day (that first look!!) in this video by The Poffs!
