Sultry, striking and full of saturated color. Italian photographer Cinzia Bruschini brought together an incredible team of creatives for a Dutch Masters inspired photoshoot. Think Johannes Vermeer’s ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’, dramatic Rembrandt lighting, and abundant florals – this styled shoot definitely captures the alluring and painterly qualities that were so sought after during the Dutch Golden Age.
Ready to go back in time with these dreamy photos? Let’s look!
The way that Zahavit Tshuba dress catches the light!
SWOON. That back cutout!
Absolutely stunning florals in so many rich scarlet hues! We’re loving this color palette by India Hurst of Vervain – the deep crimson complemented by the golden yellows creates such warm tones throughout… And it’s made even more dramatic with the midnight black backdrop!
That dramatic tulle is moody and so, so beautiful.
The way makeup artist Laura Tucker matched the lip color to the floral crown by India Hurst of Vervain is SO GOOD – she’s definitely making every 17th century Dutch painter proud.
We’re in absolute awe. Thank you Cinzia Bruschini + your team of incredibly talented creatives!
