A winery, rolling hills, views out of a painting, and two lovers saying yes to forever. It sounds like the premise of a timeless Italian love story but for Jennifer + Eddie, this is real life, baby! And while the wedding took place in Malibu, that’s not where this story begins. J + E planned a celebration to take everyone’s breath away, from the views, the food, and one very grande surprise…but we’ll let Jennifer tell you that part ;)
WOW factor was a must for us! We wanted to walk into our our venue and be blown away. When we went on a pre-honeymoon to Europe in the spring, we had a civil ceremony in Venice. Incorporating our Italian voyage into our special day was a must and Cielo Farms Winery reminded us so much of Tuscany! A highlight of our day was bringing all our guests into the barn and showing them a slideshow of our European excursion – revealing our private ceremony! It was epic. Hearing our guests later say that it was one of the best experiences of their lives truly warmed our hearts!
Katch Silva was on hand to capture these two and their beautiful day! Let’s venture on, sì?

The Dress

Jennifer stunned in her Dreamers & Lovers dress. Off-the-shoulder and fringe for some fun, plus a veil for drama!

ADORABLE.
The Ceremony

Are we sure this isn’t in Italy? Look at that view!

Yay! (Also, YES to all that pampas grass!)

We love a groom in white! Eddie wore a Samuelsohn suit, styled by Gary’s in Newport Beach.

The Decor

So many pretty details. Pampas grass (again) and persimmons, to name a few favorites!

Are you guys drooling over the insane florals by Amy Nicole Floral? Peaches, plums, blushes, and little pops of blue? Genius.

The Sweets

Three tiers of mastery by Sift By Kara! Such a unique take on a classic style.

And mini bundt cakes by Bundts On Melrose…so cute!
The Newlyweds!

Our Favorite Memory
Our first look; the barn doors opening and the look on my husband's face as I walked down the aisle; overlooking our guests and waving from the cliff above; our first dance was electrifying (the best hands down, if I must say so myself); and seeing our drones fly around the venue and greet guests!

That light! Isn’t she gorgeous?

Okay, Amy Nicole Floral…you’ve outdone yourself.

Just loving everything about these two!

Show game STRONG.

I feel what made our wedding day so unique and nontraditional was the fact that we wanted to steer clear from the conventional weddings that we’ve witnessed over the years. Going into this process we were adamant about having a huge party that we would all reflect on for the rest of our lives. We, literally, thought of our guests through every planning detail and couldn’t wait to reveal the many surprises throughout the night. Our guests raved about the food, open bar, dessert bar, the drones flying around, cigar lounge, late night taco truck, and most importantly, our dance floor stayed packed!

Our Advice
Have an amazing photographer & cinematographer (don't cut costs here), have a stellar wedding planner, and delegate, delegate, delegate!
Atomic Tangerine Film Co. captured all the best moments of the day and you’ve got to see Eddie’s reaction at the first look!
Such a beautiful day and a beautiful couple! Many congrats to J + E!
