DIY Bicycle Wheel Floral Garland

DIY Silk Flower Wheel Garland

It’s officially Fall! And we couldn’t be more excited to bring you this gentle transition into Fall DIY with Afloral, who we love to use for silk flowers. Not only do they last forever, but the quality makes them sooo realistic! Today we’re sharing this cute bicycle wheel garland DIY that you can use for wedding decor around your venue and also to bring home to decorate with! And bonus – you can swap out the main flowers with something new for each season! Orange leaves for fall, poinsettias for Christmas?! We’re here for it!

Here’s how we made it….

What You’ll Need:
Bicycle Wheel
• Florals (we choose eucalyptus, olive branches, taupe peonies, antique pink hydrangea, and pink dusty miller)
Floral Wire
Ribbon

Step 1: Begin placing your eucalyptus garland and olive branches (or whatever greens you choose) around the wheel and securing with floral wire wrapping around the stems. Next, place your statement flowers (like the peony) in a few spaces on the garland. You can always add more later!

Step 2: Finish with your secondary flowers and smaller blooms to fill in any gaps and make the garland lush.
