From the time you get engaged until the day you say I Do is an exciting era filled with so many events and new adventures. There are venues to scout, wedding artists to meet, dresses to find and a few very special celebrations with just the ladies: the bridal shower + bachelorette.
Today’s beautiful editorial is an ode to the bridal shower, sent to us by photographer, Brent Calis, and the design team at Hera Mariages. These creatives wanted to craft a bohemian, botanical and desert-inspired bridal shower that would spark some ideas for brides-to-be + maids-of-honor everywhere. They chose a unique color palette (that can be used all year long) and created a combination of classic tones like black and cream and added pastels and a pop of burgundy to balance things out. With gorgeous florals, thanks to Astilbe, the setting was filled with a whimsical, sweet feel that we know you are going to love!
Perfect, perfect dresses, right? To find similar frocks, we say head over to Free People, ASOS, Urban Outfitters + Forever 21. And, we have a shopping guide just a little further down with a few similar dress ideas plus some fun decor finds!
We love the entire scene, from the attire to all the little details, so we’ve rounded up some ideas to get a similar look for those who love it, too!

This would be such a gorgeous soirée to share with your ladies!
