Ah, greenhouse weddings. Will they ever get old? We highly doubt it. Especially not if they look anything like today’s gorgeous celebration, designed by Belovely Floral and Event Design! Christine + Scott planned a day that was a perfect blend of their personalities + cultures (seriously, just wait ’til you see + read about their ceremony!). We love everything – from their citrus-y color palette to the ‘maids mint + blue dresses and, of course, the beautiful captures by Lauren Fair Photography. Speaking of the photos, it’s time we let those do the talking, but before we go, let’s hear a few words from Christine:
Our theme was rustic and romantic. Our main colors were mint, green and gold (my favorite colors, as everyone who knows me knows!). We wanted an outdoor wedding, but we were nervous about rain so Fairmount Park Horticulture Center was the perfect choice because you could still have that outdoor feel even if the ceremony needed to be indoors!

Our Favorite Memory
Reading the vows we had written was by far my favorite moment of the day. We don't usually express ourselves so openly so it was really special. I felt closer to him in that moment than I ever had before and we've only become closer since our marriage began.
Our ceremony included a mix of Jewish and Christian traditions. We had both a rabbi and a minister who worked wonderfully together. We wrote our own vows and somehow ended up using the same phrase even though we had no planned it! It was a really special ceremony.

Our Advice
Just focus on each other and what's important to the two of you. It is just ONE DAY of your whole life! It's hard to put that in perspective when you're in the midst of wedding chaos, but it seriously only gets better after the wedding!
