A Whimsical Take on the Classic Bouquet
Hanging bouquet by Tumbleweed Floral Truck:
I was asked by Linen + Lilac to create a unique take on a bridal bouquet for a shoot we did together in the Marin Headlands. I thought instead of the hoop-bouquet concept we’re seeing a lot of recently, I’d try my own spin on that. I wanted the hanging bouquet to read modern and hip, while still being elegant and whimsical. Mixed elements of dried and fresh florals hung on a piece of driftwood created an ethereal sea vibe.

I wanted to achieve a different look with this couple living in San Francisco. We decided to head outside and play with artificial light in the city.
A New Take on Floral + Acrylic:
Flowers + Custom Seating Chart by Shindig Chic
Our hanging acrylic seating chart in front of bougainvillea (from this wedding) is our number one request! For this bride, we didn’t want to recreate something we had already done. And that amazing bougainvillea bush was nowhere to be found at this venue. So instead we built these custom pillars with acrylic & filled them with bougainvillea and bold blooms! We used them without the acrylic for the ceremony backdrop and then popped on the acrylic during cocktail hour for a fun focal piece for guests to enjoy.
