There’s something about Fall color that is just truly magical. Burnished yellows, spicy rust tones, pumpkin orange and coffee really bring the warm and cozies to a wedding day! When Chels and Danté began planning their lavish Fall wedding at Giracci Vineyards, they knew they wanted every detail to represent them. Based on their vibrant and fun personalities, we’d say their color palette choices were spot on!! With the help of Weddings by Cortney Helaine, they planned a boho fête that was full of lush fall florals, macramé decor, copper details and the cutest rust bridesmaids dresses!
Here’s what C had to say about the inspiration for their gorgeous day:
We wanted there to be a “vibe.” We knew it needed to be different from most weddings, but also be exactly what our friends and family would expect from us. The vibe needed to be explained by the words: bohemian, relaxed, natural, romantic; it needed to have all the right tones, and create nothing but FUN and celebrations. We used the tactic, that if we took any detail from the wedding and put it into our own home, it would blend right in, whether it was the florals, the food, the decor, and even the music!
We think they nailed it! Ashley Paige Photography was there to capture all the magic. Scroll along with us and let’s take a look!
Bridal Party Goals
Ok, first of all, could there be anything cuter than these orange “getting ready” jammies?? These came from Amazon… yes, Amazon! So adorable and perfect for a Fall wedding!
Orange Ya Glad You Came to the Wedding??
The spicy orange continued in the bridesmaids dresses and we’ve got to say, these dresses from White Fox Boutique are STUN-NING! How perfect are they with the Fall florals in the bouquets?! Rust is such a hot color right now and it’s perfect no matter the season! If you love this look, check out some more rust bridesmaids dresses below! Beauty by Nat had these girls gleaming in their pretty dresses!

Fall Florals
Speaking of fall florals, Fluer.ish 100% captured the vibes C + D were going for! We love how they mixed in tropical blooms (not something you’d normally expect in fall florals!) to modernize the palette. C’s bridal bouquet featured roses, protea, anthurium, pampas grass, orchids, amaranthus and lots of fall-toned foliages.
The Dress
We love the story of how C found her stunning dress!! We’ll let her share the details:
Oh, the wedding dress… well in order to explain this one, I (the bride) have to go back aboutttt 11 years; I was 16 and scrolling through pinterest and there it was… MY future wedding dress. It was perfect, I could already see it.. I wouldn’t explain myself as a romantic or cliché kind of girl, so planning a future wedding was at the least of my worries at that age… BUT the dress was pinned and never forgotten.
As I got older I came to find out my dream brand was in AUSTRALIA… The universe was on my side, thought and less than a year before getting engaged… Grace Loves Lace opened a shop in LA… dream come true! So, I booked my appointment only a month after getting engaged. When I put on my dream dress, it was NOT great on me. I was crushed. It looked, well, NOT like the girl on pinterest. So, sadly I moved onto other designs, and the last dress I tried on was (thank goodness) beyond PERFECT.. IT DID look like the girl online (just a new and improved version) and although it was a different dress than the one I had been pinning since I was 16, I too was a different girl and THIS girl was perfect for the ME that stood there 11 years later. It was PERFECT.
Dogs in Weddings
Animal lovers UNITE! Who else goes ga-ga when they see a dog at a wedding? We can’t be alone in this!! In fact, we love the doggos so much that we put together an entire feature of fun and creative ways to include your dog in your wedding day!
Guys looking SO CUTE in attire from J.Crew, shoes by Vans and suspenders from Amazon! Loving the orange socks to complement the bridesmaids!!
G.O.A.L.S.
Boho Ceremony Decor
Gleaming copper chairs, fall florals with pampas grass, a ceremony teepee, and macramé. We must be in boho Heaven!!
The moment “Happily Ever After” begins!
The Newlyweds
HOW do we chose? The first thing that comes to mind is our first dance: the first minute consistent of the perfect austutic version of the first song the groom ever "gave" to the bride(me)... then after a minute... BAM on comes the cheesiest & goofiest country line dancing song and we did the whole dance together, it was a blast! Besides the goofiest and most FUN part, we loved the visuals... everything was just perfect and we had the best team (and clearly the BEST photographer)... it was gorgeous & there was not even a moment where it didn't look like everyone was having a good time.
A Cozy and Fun Reception Space
Seriously, the decor for this wedding is spot on! If C + D’s goal was to have the decor easily blend in with their own home, invite us over ASAP because this would be our dream home!!!
Furniture rentals were provided by Sundrop Vintage. There are so many great touches throughout the space- from the copper chairs and rustic tables, to the adorable tarot card table numbers!
We love a mobile bar and this one from Hello Penny Bar has to be the cutest photo-op moment of the night!
HMMM.... ELOPE! hahahhaa just kidding... it was alllll worth it, but all in all, just be PATIENT, stay calm (life is too short to be a bridezilla), and enjoy the process. Remember, your guests don't know your full vision, they weren't there for all of the planning and choosing... SO if something goes "wrong" at the wedding... guess what?! your guests won't know! For all they know, that's how it was supposed to be. So just have fun, take it all in, and don't over think it! Oh ya, and ask for more help! Wish I had!
Total perfection! Chels and Danté, the GWS team is wishing you a life full of love and happiness! Congratulations!!
