We’re gonna just go ahead and snag our opening line from the photographers behind today’s super fun wedding, Paco & Betty, who called Kat + Danny the masters of ALL THINGS FUN! And we think you can tell from that intro image, they definitely didn’t oversell these two. K + D’s day was all smiles, color, whimsy + fun and we’re super jazzed to share it with you! From the best of backdrops, Ace Hotel Palm Springs, to all the playful details sprinkled throughout the day, we only have one more thing to say: We wish we were invited to this one! Let’s hear a bit more about it from Paco & Betty:
Their brightly colored day was filled with so much love, laughter and surprises!!! From singing a funny duet at the end of their vows to marching into their reception with a local high school band, they had their guests rolling on the floor laughing + even crying. But the fun + tears didn’t end there. After dinner their guests actually surprised K+D with a FLASH MOB!!!
From Kat, Right after we said our vows, we read a “poem” to the audience that ended up being the lyrics to “Never Gonna Give You Up” by Rick Astley. The DJ piped in with the song as we got to the chorus. We Rick Rolled our guests and got them dancing in their seats.

Our Favorite Memory
The marching band. The Palm Springs High School marching band really killed it. They marched us into dinner playing "Crazy in Love" by Beyonce.
Our Advice
Any advice for those planning now? It wasn't easy, but it was totally worth it. Write up a detailed run of show, then turn it over to a day of planner you trust, so you can completely enjoy the day.
