Whimsical, fun + colorful are just a few of the words I’d use to describe Mandela + Tim’s Taber Ranch wedding. Megan + Emily of Enjoy Events Co really helped the couple bring their fun personality into their day. From the colorful streamer installation that hung in the barn to creating a playful vibe with the fabric draped ceremony backdrop, each speciality item was a labor of love designed to evoke whimsical fun! And I just love Mandela’s bohemian wedding fashion – especially her rustic hair wreath by Whichgoose. Thanks so much to Delbarr Moradi for the gorgeous photos!
From Enjoy Events: We love to create beginning concepts for design (including color, texture and physical elements) around wedding invitations because we feel that it’s the first glimpse that your guests get to see. The barn party invite by Minted was the perfect inspiration to create every handmade detail for the happy couple.
From Mandela: I really wanted my day to be filled with lots of energy and love. My personality is care-free with a hint of crazy so I wanted that to be shown. Timothy and I are relationship is based off of adventure and finding Taber Ranch showed our guest how adventures and unique we are as a couple.
What a whimsical and gorgeous ceremony location! Just love all the different colors of ribbons.
Loving all the fun fabric hanging everywhere – really brings the whimsical element into their day! And how cute are Mandela’s shoes! Amaze…
Favorite moment of your wedding day?
Everything! The weather was perfect. We were so worried it was going to be too hot and I didn’t want my guests to be miserable, but it was amazing! I spent weeks checking the weather every days hoping it wouldn’t be in the 100s. Also seeing all the people who showed up for us really made me so happy.
Any advice you have for brides planning now?
Relax!! I was so worried the day before and on the day but once I arrived at site everything was ok! And my day was perfect!
Thanks so much you guys + we wish you all the best!

Hey Ashley my sash I bought from Nordstroms wedding boutique. I bought a lace sash from a fabric store and had it sewn onto the Nordstrom sash. Nordstrom had an awesome seamstress who sewed it altogether for me.
Wow, such a feat to pull off that lovely bohemian-whimsical-vintage-ranch ambiance all in one!
So much detail in this ranch wedding, love it! Especially like Tim’s pink bow tie and brown loafers! :-)
I love the fun bunting!
Her ceremony dress is EVERYTHING I’m looking for in a wedding dress; simple, comfortable and yet so beautiful at the same time. The last thing I want to feel is like I’m stuffed into a tight fitting dress. This one looks so perfect.
