A real life fairytale, Hillary + Claudio said their vows in the most magical of circumstances. Let’s set the stage: her family’s cabin with a woodsy backdrop, an ethereal gown with lace details, a ceremony arch made by the bride + her mother, a groomsman playing the violin, and white carriage… Yup, sounds like planner, Blossoms & Grace, pulled off a true fairytale to us!
The duo met during an early morning shift at J. Crew, folding gingham shirts. The planner, Kimberly of Blossoms & Grace, spills: It didn’t take long before these two were going out with other work friends to see two concerts in one week at the Rialto Theater in Tucson, AZ. After the Lumineers concert, Hillary and Claudio danced the night away while sipping on beers across the street at Hotel Congress. After that unforgettable night, they both knew they found the one they would go on adventures with, enjoy life with and eventually marry. When Claudio proposed at her family’s annual beach vacation in Cape Cod, the conversation quickly sparked the idea on marrying in the backyard of the family cabin…
Let’s take a whimsical walk through the woods in the photos snapped by Vienna Glenn!
Hillary’s dazzling James McGuire engagement ring set the tone for the stately feel that she carried on her wedding day.
That Noir Floral bouquet is a star on its own! Oversized pink peonies, peach roses, marigold ranunculus, and incredible greenery… But when coupled with the elegant lace details of her Truvelle from Bella Lily Bridal, it turns into pure magic. Don’t you think?
Blushin’ bridesmaids!! The ladies rocked Jasmine Bridal dresses in Gardenia and held petite versions of the bride’s bouquet.
All those bright + cheery bouquets… Noir Florals seriously knocked it out of the park (or woods, for that matter) with this one!
Donning a sharp blue tux from J. Crew, and a floral tie, we’re pretty darn fond of this look! In fact, it resembles some of the outfits from our latest collaboration with Neck & Tie Co.! Looking for a stylish floral tie (or bow tie) — we’ve got you covered!!
Talk about dapper!!
Kimberly gushes: For the processional, one of their groomsmen played Pachelbel’s “Canon in D” on his violin as Hillary walked down the aisle. For me, this was one of her most memorable moments from their wedding day.
We’re all about that colorful confetti exit!! For the recessional, one of the bridesmaids accompanied a local guitarist singing Ingrid Michaelson’s “You and I” as everyone cheered with joy.
We can’t get over the back of this dress… So elegant!
After emotional toasts, the newlyweds and their guests danced the night away under the stars to jams from Journey, The Village People, and their favorite group, The Lumineers.
For wedding favors, each guest was welcomed by a unique water goblet, adorned with a special thank you note. The goblets were colorfully spread across rustic harvest tables by Tremaine Ranch and were complemented with the flicker of light from tall candlesticks on mixed crystal and brass antique holders.
To top off the whimsically enchanting day, they stacked delicious cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes!
A million congrats, Hillary + Claudio! For a further look into their big day, take a look at this video by Bloom Cinema!
