We’ve seen a heck of a lot of cool wedding venues in our day, but that doesn’t mean our jaws don’t drop when we see yet another beautiful space for saying I Do. Kristen + Matt are two quirky and eclectic artists from Wisconsin, so obviously not just any old venue situation would do. When they stumbled upon the Mabel Tainter Theater in Menomonie, with its beautiful gold detail work throughout the walls and the lovely balconies facing the stage, they knew they had found ‘their’ spot. It was only a matter of customizing it with a few key details to feel like a perfect fit for their big day!
In this case, we think it’s best to let the photos do the talking, and Shaunae Teske’s snaps from the day sure do have a lot of pretty things to say!

OMG! THE MABEL!! That is absolutely one of my favorite places in the world and is a BEAUTIFUL place to get married! My fiance and I actually used to work there when we were going to school at UW-Stout – the theater would have been the place we would have liked to be married, but the stars just didn’t align for us on that one. What a beautiful wedding! Congrats to the two of them!
