We love when the love story inspires the whole wedding! For Aisha + Jacob, it was love at first sight when they both traveled to beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. Their spirit of adventure and love of color never left them, so when they couldn’t have their big wedding day due to Covid-19, 3 Little Birds Event Planning knew just how to style this special rainbow-themed wedding shoot for them. It’s all sunshine, flowers and groovy vibes ahead! The sleek backdrop of Forme allowed technicolor backdrops, hanging floral lanterns and cozy vignettes to take center stage, all with a 1970’s twist. Lauren Dinh, from Playful Soul Photography, shares more:
Aisha and Jacob’s love story begin when they both traveled to Cape town in Africa. Aisha was traveling from California and Jacob from Missouri. Fate could not have aligned them at the right time and place more perfectly and when these two saw each other. Their sense of adventure, nature and music brought them closer. So when the pandemic hit and they couldn’t get married, we wanted to give them something to remind them of where they started. Good Vibes Only encompasses the wild adventure spirit these two had mixed with a very funky color palette that was both inspired by the colorful buildings they loved while traveling to Cape town and a rainbow mural our good friend John Garcia had painted. Drawing from multiple inspirations, we knew we wanted to give this editorial a fun, modern yet retro vibe.
Get ready to get your groove on!
