Lauren + Brad have been together for six years, separated at times for long stretches during Brad’s tours to Afghanistan. Though those weren’t the easiest of days, their love always remained strong + they stayed closely connected through daily letters + monthly phone calls. When Brad was ready to pop the question, he knew he wanted to do something special for Lauren. He scouted out the perfect location, picked out a beautiful dress for Lauren, and built her a dressing room on the beach. He called upon Mark Williams Studio to make all of the beauty come together through the florals, styling, and photographs. There’s something so special about a Christmas day proposal, don’t you think?!
From Brad, When Lauren started to walk down to see me on the beach, it started pouring rain with heavy winds. Neither one of us even cared, if anything it became even more romantic because we were completely soaked but so overly happy and excited.

Yes it is real! We could hardly shoot for crying! You should see the rest. Brad was on the trail sweeping with palmetto leaves to ensure that it be as perfect as he imagined. There will never be a groom as concerned with perfection as Brad.
