Today I thought I would mix things up a bit and share this clean, sleek + glam wedding. It takes place at the Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach, CA. I actaully had brunch at this hotel a few weeks ago and checked out the space – it is the perfect hotel if you are looking for a more modern space – and just a few blocks from the beach! Oh, and the food we had was delicious – big points on that for me. :)  I’m so happy that Carissa from JL DESIGNS sent this my way.

thanks jen!! i LOVE this venue and this client was so amazing to design for! just overall a sleek, glamorous and uncluttered wedding – which i personally adore! xoxo
i love shade! it’s just down the street from me and i’ve always wondered how it would work out as a venue… apparently, amazingly!
Beautiful!! Love it all – especially the centerpieces. One question – Where did the candle holders come from? Love that look with the votive on top, but can’t find the actual holder.
Ahh! Can someone please tell me what kind of flowers the pink ones are? Love them!
What a great venue! Such a funky cool ceremony backdrop and reception.
Marissa – the pink flowers look like peonies.
I love JL Designs! The flowers and arrangements look amazing!
very gorgeous wedding, it’s modern, clean and simple.
Sleek, modern and just… wow!
Thanks, Megan!
Vey stylish! Love the colours!
I think everything in the centerpieces is from Ikea (I have the short vase in turquoise).

I also love how the candles look, it allows you to get candles at differing heights, but getting around the candles needing to be covered rule some venues (like mine) have.
What an exquisite wedding, with great shots and a great modern look
