Do you love a luxe touch of velvet? What about vintage goodies? Maybe even a modern + fresh take on design? If you’re nodding your head, then you’re about to have major heart eyes for today’s editorial, photographed by The Rowlands!
Introducing a brand new event space in St. Louis, Missouri, Wild Carrot, which will be opening this spring. Mixing the old with the new, Blue Bicycle Weddings dressed the space up on elegant emerald velvet, Roses & Mint brought in tons of greenery to contrast the brick walls, and the whole thing had a cozy + enchanting feeling.
Ready to be absolutely smitten? Let’s take a look!
We’re seriously digging those subdued green hues paired with the neutral tones that RSVPeas incorporated into the invitation suite.
What better way to bring in a modern element than by rocking a DIY crystal hairpiece?
The Ceremony Space
Fresh, clean + oh-so cool. We dig these slightly industrial chairs for the ceremony space, and they would look rad in your home, too!
How sharp is this look for the groom?! A dark teal suit + floral accents… my, oh my!

You may already know this… but we have a *thing* for green wedding shoes!
Can we take a moment to appreciate that all lace gown from Mia Grace Bridal? Wow, wow, WOW.
The Tablescape + Reception
The florist, Roses & Mint, wanted to show off a massive hanging installation to give brides an alternative to doing large floral arrangements at every table. With the same budget she can create a statement piece at the head table and do something simple at the guest tables.
Tying that velvet green in once again, the table was draped with this gorgeous fabric, along with a myriad of antique candle holders from The Antiquarian.
Why not repurpose an industrial bar cart for your cake? P.S. That darling semi-naked drip cake is Made by Lia!
Pressed glasses add even more of a luxe + antique element to this tablescape.
We’re ALL about that greenery… So much fun + so fresh!
