We probably don’t have to tell all the baseball fans out there that today is the first day of the World Series – WOOO! But, even for those of you who don’t follow the game, there’s so much inspiration to be found in today’s absolutely gorgeous editorial, designed + planned by Blue Box Events. The photographers behind the beauty, Jessica Lynne + Lauren Kermelis for Jessica Lynne Studios, tell us, Our inspiration shoot is all about baseball and at the same time, all about elegance. We were inspired by Angels Stadium in Anaheim, California to create a dream wedding for a groom who loves baseball, marrying a bride who loves glamour. To achieve the look, we brought in worn and vintage masculine furniture pieces which were paired with moody and lush florals. Our incredible team of vendors offered so much talent including edgy florals by Inessa Nichols Design, quirky furniture and rug rentals by LA Salvage and Archive Rentals, luxe tabletop rentals from Borrowed Blu and vampy, dark makeup by Fiore Beauty.

The bride wore a beautiful, glittering silver gown by Noell and the groom wore a crushed velvet Marsala dinner jacket from The Black Tux. Perfect looks for fall or winter nuptials!
Jessica Lynne says, The styling of the shoot was all about bringing refined glamour to the stadium so that it integrated perfectly with the happy nostalgia of the field.
The team really nailed the sporty-luxe juxtaposition, and we’re just loving the moody, romantic feel to this tablescape. How many of you baseball super-fans out there can imagine getting hitched at a baseball stadium?!
