Wedding Inspiration from the Movies: Black Swan

Earlier this week, I asked all of you who like Green Wedding Shoes on Facebook what movie you saw this past year that you would like to see some wedding inspiration from. One of the most popular movies suggested was Black Swan. Since I was a ballerina throughout high school and college, I love the idea of pulling inspiration from a ballet movie – without the crazy killer parts of course! The first board is based off a sophisticated black color palette – a black tulle wedding dress, lots of black feathers + lots of glamour!

Or maybe you are more of a White Swan. I love the mix of pale pink + white – it would make for such a pretty wedding! :)

Love feathers? Check out some of these white feather dresses by Romona Kevezan on top and Pronovias on bottom that you could wear for your wedding day.

Or maybe just a gorgeous feather hairpiece is more your style! So many great options out there right now. Some of my favorites include these top two by Twigs and Honey and the bottom two by Lo Boheme.

What do you guys think? Anyone finding inspiration from Black Swan or maybe just feathers for your wedding?
