Romantic Los Angeles Warehouse Wedding: Lauren + Jonathan

LA Arts District wedding

We love a good rustic barn or backyard wedding as much as the next girl, but there’s something about a character-filled industrial warehouse that makes for such a cool space for a wedding. Lauren + Jon knew exactly how to juxtapose the historical setting – with lush floral centerpieces, breezy, white table textiles, and just a few touches of glamorous gold. We love how it felt like they brought a little bit of the outdoors in and that they achieved a romantic, botanical feel right in the heart of LA’s arts district! Here’s a bit more about the inspiration behind their day, according to Lauren:

We really wanted our wedding to be reflection of who we are and to celebrate those people who have had a significant impact on our relationship over the years. We tried to highlight those things with LOTS of music, and many, many details of the venue, décor, ceremony etc…

Thanks so much to Leif Brandt Photography for the gorgeous images and big congrats to Lauren + Jon on a truly beautiful wedding!

Such fun rooftop portraits and we always love a good double-exposed image! The one with the cityscape is just so great!

Our Favorite Memory From The Wedding

Jon: It’s a tie between seeing Lauren for the first time and our first dance. Lauren had previously recorded our first dance song. When it started playing I was stunned and it was such an awesome moment. She performs for so many, but this act I knew she did only for me.

Lauren: The Ceremony topped it all – It was perfect – We were able to share our hopes and prayers for one another – as well as all the amazing ways our friends and family have impacted us. We had many laughs and tears of joy – it blew away every expectation I had. I will never forget it.
