And Part 2 of Sarah + Kyle’s super fun wedding! If you missed the first part you can see the photos here.
How cute are Sarah’s nails! :) Every detail is just so fun!
Any advice for those planning now? Do what you and your fiance want. Follow your heart in what you envision your wedding day to be. When people heard I was planning an outside wedding, so many people made negative comments. Bathrooms, Rain, EVERYTHING! Also, when my grandma heard I was using mason jars for glasses, she insisted that they were way too big for her to drink from, so she saved a jelly jar and told me to use that as her glass. Its hard to let the little comments just roll off your shoulder, but you have to, or you will go crazy! I think the day of the wedding, we were lining up for our entrance to the reception and our plan was to be announced as husband and wife and our wedding party to just follow in with whoops and hollers! They were so persistent that we were doing it “wrong”. But it wasn’t, it was just the way we wanted it.
This entire planning adventure has been so much fun and as a result of it, I wanted to continue to design beautiful weddings. We just launched our own event design business (Landing Feet First) and we have our first wedding next September and are so thrilled!
