I absolutely love when couples incorporate details that are sentimental to them in their wedding. :) Sarah + Justin both work in/with film so they used that theme throughout their wedding with vintage reels, cameras + radios. They also played old romance films on the big screen during their reception and Justin even took some film of Sarah throughout the night. So cute! Congrats to Sarah + Justin and thanks to the lovely Kate Harrison for sharing her photos with us.
How cute are Sarah’s blue toenails for something blue!? :)

I absolutely love that guest book idea. That is so genius!
This is quite possibly the most unique guest book I’ve ever seen. I love it! Was it a DIY project?
I just love how happy the Sarah and Justin look! It’s so nice to see a couple laughing together and having fun; I bet they’re like this everyday. Such a beautiful wedding, too!
I absolutely love the guestbook as well – where did she have it done??
I’d love to know how that last shot was taken. Unless the cars driving past are staged, it looks a little scary! (Romantic, though.)
Yeah! Love this wedding and Kate is one of the best photogs out there! The venue and details make for such a cool unique vibe!
This wedding is amazing! Kate Harrison is absolutely brilliant!
Could this wedding be any more perfect??? I think not!
Jen Wood’s event design is amazing!!! Her guestbook was a complete surprise to us on our wedding day!!! our guest were asked to write advice/thoughts/musings on the back, we still look through them and smile.
Kate’s photography is beyond fantastic, I was so lucky to find her.

I frickin’ love Smog Shoppe Weddings (perhaps I’m a bit partial ’cause I had my own there)! Sarah & Justin, your wedding was gorgeous! Congrats on a beautiful day, and beautiful life together!

Love so much about this wedding! Especially the guest picture/message thing!
hey! is someone from Croatia? ’cause word “ljubav” is written on books? (is it a book or something else?) any way, the word “LJUBAV” is Croatian word for LOVE :D
great photos in every way
greatings from Croatia ;)
I LOVE that guest book! So clever :)
Thank you for all of the sweet comments! I will be submitting a DIY post about the guest book in a couple weeks for anyone who is interested in making one of their own. And Marina, I stenciled “ljubav” on all of the CD favors in honor of the groom’s heritage. It was so cute to see the older women discover it…they squealed in delight!
Hello,
I came across your guest book, photo paint chip idea.
Where did you order this / make this from?
Thanks,
Kristy
Thanks everyone for all your sweet comments. Skeeters & Justin are to die for & full of such joy. It was a delight to photograph their love. Jen Wood rocks…big time.
PS. That is not staged traffic, we just went for it. It’s good to walk on the wild side. :) (And it’s a turn lane.)
Love this, it’s so sweet! Can’t wait to share, thanks!{http:\\rivernorthlove.blogspot.com}
Any chance you’ll still be submitting the information on the DIY guest book? Such a fab idea!
I loved.
