I just love this inspirational shoot that Melissa Elise Event Design & Styling designed + styled. I’m always looking for new ways to help couples pull their styles + interests together and this one is just so beautiful! A bit about the shoot from Melissa, The inspiration for this shoot came from the hippie and biker cultures of the late 60s and early 70s, with a modern twist. We incorporated a ton of textiles and handmade elements- from the table scape, which was created by laying down a vibrant psychedelic floral print fabric with a handmade cut out panel overlay, and white fringe trim around the tables edge; to the cake display, which included a mix of patterned fabrics, white fur rugs, ripped strips of sheer fabric flowing in the wind, and lanterns handmade with bright fabrics and fringe trims (In other words, fabric, fabric, fabric!)Â
Thanks to Erin Hearts Court for the gorgeous photos!
How pretty are the flowers for this shoot! They are all created by the lovely Honey & Poppies.
Beautiful dress by Miss Tashina and jewelry by Sweet Evie + Jenny Dayco.
Love the chairs (and all the vintage rentals!) from Pow Wow Vintage Rentals.
Love the cake display! The gorgeous venue is the Star Ranch and the cake was designed by Erica O’Brien Cake Design.
Thanks so much to all these talented vendors for sharing their creativity with us today!
