With Labor Day next weekend and the unofficial end of summer near, I thought this fun camp inspired shoot was perfect to share today. Great ideas for those of you planning a summer wedding next year – or for those looking for a fun idea for this upcoming weekend! :) This shoot was styled by Vintage My Wedding and captured by Love Is A Big Deal. It takes place at Camp Wandawega in southern Wisconsin which looks like the perfect place for a wedding, honeymoon or both! I just love the idea of eloping to a cute little cabin for two and playing in the lake for your honeymoon…
Thanks so much to all these creative artists for sharing these fun camp inspired ideas with us today!

Gorgeous Couple, looks like Ken and Barbie ;) Love this idea!

The pictures of the couple on the lake look like something out of The Notebook! It’s absolutely beautiful.
Great pics, looks so much fun :)
Hey!
This wedding is the absolute sweetest. I have been looking everywhere for those tiny oars, do you know where they found them?
Etsy store called Rustic Blend:)
where is the adorable bathing suit from?!
I don’t know where she got hers but they sell that suit at ModCloth…
modcloth:)
Beautiful shot! And… I don’t mean to be picky, but I’m a wee grammar nerd – it should read “THEY’RE luring you to their wedding,” not “THEIR luring you”… just saying :) Otherwise – gorgeous!
Rae, I am unbelievably embarrassed about the improper use of “their” and “they’re”. It is a mistake that I loath and I’m mortified that it slipped past me here. All of the joys of working from my own studio are sometimes not enough to make up for lacking a second set of eyes to proofread things. I don’t know what else to say. It shouldn’t have happened.
Oh my gosh! Wow, I read that ten times and didn’t even see it. So sorry!! Our mistake!
so sorry Jen:(
No fair! My fiance and I met, fell in love, got engaged, and are getting married at the same scout camp! Our creativity has been robbed! ;)
I guess imitation is the best form of flattery after all!
Hey Alexis:) Thanks for loving our photos and styling! Let it be known to the interwebs that we don’t know who you are and that we’ve never seen your styling, being that you haven’t gotten married yet:) So I guess you meant you would be flattering us by imitating this shoot? Sounds good to me, since this is an inspiration blog meant to inspire brides just like yourself:) Enjoy!
adorable!
that suit is amazing.
What gorgeous photography!
Love this! So perfect for the end of the summer!
Wow.. gorgeous!
Getting married and spending the honeymoon in the lap of nature can be the perfect way to start off the new journey of life. There can be nothing more soothing than the beautiful places, forest adventures and complete privacy.
