We hope you’re loving all the fashion-inspired features we’ve been sharing this week at GWS! Our next editorial, filled with elements of industrial design, was influenced by New York Fashion Week and provides such a fun source of wedding inspiration. Just take a look at the fun, fashion stationery by Paper & Posies to get an idea of the shoot’s stylish tone :)
The team behind the concept, led by Danielle Sabol, with Peyton Frank for Grit + Gold and wardrobe designer Nicole Johnson, styled the models in black and white ensembles and the setting with a masculine-meets-feminine aesthetic. With a color palette of white, grey, amethyst, black, deep rich greens, and a pop of gold, we’re loving the dimension and depth to the design. So many great ideas for couples designing a modern, industrial wedding day!
Thanks so much to Jeff, from Jeff Brummett Visuals, for the lovely photos + to the entire team for the inspiration!
Love this dress as much as we do? Check out the Velvet Bodice Gown from Free People for a similar look!
Peyton from Grit + Gold tells us, The tablescape consists of a mixtue of lush floral, black taper candles, and custom hanging Edison bulb lighting by W. Durable Goods. Texture is utilized by featuring a gold burst charger topped with matte grey plates and a delicate chunk of amethsyt crystal for each placesetting.
Add some geode details to your tablescape with these hand-cut crystals from Anthropologie.
We’re digging the pretty florals by We + You Studios! The shades of purple (we spot purple kale!) and the concrete vessels lent the tablescape a lush, yet, industrial feel.
And the modern cake by Sugar Bee Sweets was a great fit for the industrial setting.
A big thanks to the creative team below for sharing this editorial today!
