Today we are off to Maine for a gorgeous seaside wedding! The wedding was held at a private estate, overlooking Higgins Beach in Maine. It rained for days preceding the wedding, but the day of the wedding, the sun came out just as Whitney walked down the aisle to “Here Comes the Sun!” How perfect is that? Thanks so much to Meagan of Maine Seasons Events for sending this one my way!

Love Whitney’s gorgeous Vera Wang wedding dress and fun sparkly red TOMS! :)

Judy of Flora Fauna made the incredible bouquets and boutonnieres to include hand made paper flowers and each bridesmaid had a different bouquet to match her dress, so pretty!

Love the signs they made with driftwood that welcomed their guests!

Rian’s mother had a book maker custom bind books with vintage book pages, noting titles that nod to the couples life, their time in Los Angeles, their recent move east to New York City, and their beloved pug, Mr. Business. They used these books, along with vintage books as centerpieces, mixed with drift wood and votive candles. They also placed blank paper and pens on the tables with a note asking guests to write a letter or sentiment to the couple. Rian’s mother is having those pages bound into a book for a guest book.

Maine Seasons Events designed and made the driftwood chandeliers that hung from the tent from driftwood collected on Maine beaches over the winter, to echo Higgins Beach, where the Rian’s family has a house.

Congrats so much to Whitney + Rian! We wish you all the happiness in the world! :)
