What a great list!!! I have a total soft spot for covers. Another few I love are Cat Power doing “Sea Of Love”, Me First And The Gimme Gimmes doing “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”, and Toots & The Maytalls doing “Country Roads”.

I also like Shirley Bassey’s version of “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” + “I’ve Got You Under My Skin.” Plus anything by the Postmodern Jukebox rocks…they don’t do too many love songs but they just did a rockin’ version of “Careless Whisper.”
