And we’re back! If you didn’t get to see Calli + Chris’ stunning ceremony, backtrack to Part 1 to see it now. Next up is their super fun reception, complete with sequins, modern-glam details and the prettiest lighting design we’ve maybe ever seen! Dramatic in the best of ways :) We love that Calli + Chris’ day is total proof than an indoor wedding can truly be just as incredible (or not more so!) as an outdoor affair!
Let’s take a peek at a couple fun portraits of the newlyweds, captured by Aaron Young, before getting into the stunner of a reception!

To achieve the perfect balance of modern + art deco, Calli + Chris used two different rental resources, Found Vintage Rentals + Signature Party Rentals.

Such beautiful florals + styling!

And the ghost chairs + sequin linens were from Mod Mix Studio!

Our Advice
Trust your your decisions. It’s really easy to over think every last detail but, especially with a shorter engagement, there isn’t time to do that. Give yourself credit, go with your gut and I promise it will end up more than beautiful than you could have ever imagined! Hire vendors that you trust (it will make the process less stressful), don’t hire a vendor just to save a dollar or two. It really does make a difference, you do get what you pay for. Also, I cannot stress this enough: HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! (it will save your sanity )
