Friday Favors with a Wedding Film

bride with braids

Happy Friday! Do you lovelies have anything special planned for the weekend? I’m super excited for the Golden Globes this weekend – and some big football games! :) If you are planning to watch the red carpet (and the show Ricky Gervais is back – yay!), I’m going to be live tweeting, so please join me – it will be a blast! Also planning to keep on my New Year’s kick of cooking a new meal each weekend (last weekend I made this grilled steak with artichoke pesto and farro salad and it was delicious!) Just need to figure out what this weekend will be…might need to check my pinterest recipe board!

And some of my faves from the week…

• Loved this entire wedding and especially this ceremony backdrop I spotted on Ryan Ray’s blog this week (and it was also featured on Style Me Pretty)

• Have you heard? There is a new online wedding magazine. This time from the UK. It’s called Reverie and it launched yesterday. One of my favorite spreads were these gorgeous Claire Pettibone dresses photographed by Elizabeth Messina. And you might even catch a photo of Jason + I and tidbit from our wedding in this issue! :)

• Wish I could do this braid – just love it!

• Love this idea – painting small tins with chalkboard paint and using them as table numbers.

Heads up for this great Free Wedding Photo Giveaway from Reams Photo in San Diego, California. Get all the details here!

And to end the week, I just love this sweet wedding film for Jeremy + Bailey by Caravan – a new wedding cinematography company based out of Charlotte, North Carolina that I think you lovelies will fall head over heels for!
