I am super excited to share a stunning new venue with you today that is filled with tons of natural charm + elegance — perfect for a rustic destination wedding! Brush Creek Ranch, located in idyllic Saratoga, Wyoming was a picturesque blank canvas until the talented teamĀ atĀ Event Space ConsultingĀ got their hands on the property! They did an absolutely gorgeous job of styling several of the event spaces — including one of the sweetest reception sites, reminiscent of a summer camp, set along a creek…wait until you see it! :)
Looking through these beautiful images fromĀ Mel BarlowĀ definitely has me dreaming of rustic Rocky Mountain getaway!
I love how the stylists transformed the barn into an elegant space for an intimate rehearsal dinner. More from them about their design process:
In order to achieve the look, we added low hanging bistro lights, vintage candle holders in varying sizes + leather back chairs. All of these additions made the barn feel cozy, while still being formal enough for an event space. For linens, we added a custom runner layered on linen drapes and textured linen napkins in varity soft hued colors. The mix of patterns and textures came off organic in the raw space, with the clean white and pale peach and pink flowers.Ā
How great is this garden amphitheater for a breezy outdoor ceremony? The pillows + throws create such a fun + cozy vibe!
I’m pretty sure I could hang out in this gorgeous lounge all day, which is styled perfectly for a laid-back cocktail hour. I love the rocking chairs, ikat details and, of course, that breathtaking view!
So many gorgeous spots for portraits too!
Creekside, an event space that is literally alongside a creek, has an existing fire-pit, picnic tables, built in fire spit, stage for music and a wooden bar. We brought it to life with a mix of black and white check and striped full length linens, real linen napkins, and alternating local wild flowers in mason jars and black oil lanterns on every table. We added fleece blankets around the fire pit and faux fur on the wooden benches as well as added string lights above the dining area. We also brought in bar stools for the bar, added rustic decor such as, antlers, more lanterns, and vintage metal trays to the buffet table. Lastly, we suggested they use wooden silverware, blue camping mugs and heath ceramic plates to make theĀ place settingsĀ more unique. The limited decor was embraced to showcase the beautiful nature surroundings.
Or a smaller, more intimate dinner right by the river…
Thank you so much to these talented artists for sharing their work with us today!

Beautiful photos and what a romantic setting. Looks so serene.
I just had my wedding here. It was fantastic. The hospitality is amazing. The staff is amazing. The chef is amazing. I recommend staying at least 5 days.
If most of the weddings you guys post are home runs, this is a grand slam! Well done to everyone who had a hand in this wedding.
This venue is amazing! It has everything. From the inside of the building to the outside surrounding nature. Wow, truly beautiful
I LOVE this! I’m dying over the dress first pictured and was wondering who the designer was, are they both Claire Pettibone?
So beautiful! The dress in the first set of photos is just breathtaking! I’d love to know who the designer is.
The dresses are all by Claire Pettibone :)
Do you happen to know the name of the first dress?
I fu***** love the photos.
So romantic.
Does anyone have some tips on how to make a guest list for a wedding?
