Gourmet food trucks are all the rage all over the country right now – with lots of options in some cities – so be sure to keep them in mind when you are thinking of a unique dinning experience for your guests.     If I were to get married again, that’s the route I would go!

  27. We had a food truck at our rehearsal dinner last fall, and it was one of the major highlights of our wedding weekend!   39. Food trucks are a great idea. I was at a wedding last year in New York and they had a pizza truck come to the reception around 1am. The guests loved it.
