Today’s beautifully executed editorial has a bit of a story behind the location. Photographer, Joanna Fisher, tells us, Berlin, Maryland was named “America’s Coolest Small Town”, and when you visit, it’s no wonder why! Main Street in Berlin has been the setting for movies like Tuck Everlasting and Runaway Bride, boasting 100 year old buildings, original victorian store-fronts, and several unique shops – one of which is the Bleached Butterfly, a vintage home decor specialist, and florist extraordinaire!
Knowing she wanted to stage a shoot there, Joanna joined up with the planning + design team at Bleached Butterfly (who also created ALL the amaze florals) and together they utilized all the beauty the town had to offer when styling their whimsical woodland wedding setting.
Now that’s an epic bouquet! So many unique flowers, pods, seeds and mushrooms…
And how pretty is that Marchesa Notte dress from Rent the Runway?!
Joanna says, The sweetheart table was made complete with fairy glasses, antique gold mushroom dinner plates, rose gold flatware and brocade embroidered napkins.
And seriously how cute is that mushroom cake by Baked Dessert?! Love it!
Thanks so much to the talented team below for sharing their woodland wedding ideas today!
