Whimsical + Romantic Smog Shoppe Wedding: Lisa + Ed

smog shoppe wedding

When Lisa + Ed began planning for their wedding, they started with the easy stuff they knew right away: they wanted to host a whimsical + romantic celebration and share the day with their closest family + friends who truly know them as a couple. They then began to brainstorm ideas for crafting a day that was not only elegant, but personal + unique. And once they found their talented coordinator, Esther Kim of My Bride Story Weddings and Events, their vision truly began to take shape. Lisa + Ed’s day included some super charming details that I’m sure you’re going to love, like romantic floral wreaths above the tables, an eclectic paper flower backdrop behind the cake, and the prettiest color palette of pink, ivory, gold + mint. So much loveliness to be inspired by!

Thanks so much to Esther Sun for capturing the sweet and joyful vibe of Lisa + Ed’s wedding and sharing it with us today!

The lovely paper goods by The First Snow were the perfect fit for Lisa + Ed’s dreamy celebration!

And their reception exuded such a festive + romantic feel. I love the chevron runner, punchy florals by Kristine Shin Designs + warm candlelight.

But their cake backdrop is my ultimate favorite detail! The oversize paper flowers + cute poster quoting their fave Lumineers’ song is just so incredibly sweet!
