about us hand+heart weddings and events is a full spectrum planning and styling company. We take out all the stress of hiring dozens of vendors to create a day that aligns perfectly with your vision. With our team of design assistants and trusted vendors, we can provide everything from florals, handcrafted signage, furniture rentals, day of coordination and styling services! Just looking for someone to coordinate what you've already got going on? No problem! We love executing clients' visions and always enjoy working with (and learning from!) other wedding professionals. hand+heart strives to make your day as stress-free, organized, and visually stunning as possible. We work very closely with everyone involved-- family, wedding party, venue coordinators, other vendors-- in order to create a seamless and unforgettable wedding experience. We cherish the relationships with our clients and put our clients' needs and wishes above all else. We love eclectic, bohemian vibes-- Moroccan rugs, metal accents, bold colors, rich textures-- with a mix of antique decor and furniture. It is very important to create events that are true to our clients, therefore, no wedding is ever the same. Honoring each couples' unique style and vision is our favorite part-- have a friend who does cool neon light installments? AWESOME! Your sister plays acoustic guitar? Put her in the timeline! why we love weddings At the risk of sounding sappy, I love love. Not only the love between the couple, while that is the most important, but the love shared between families, friends, and extended communities that span the length of the couples' lives, both together and separately. I love seeing all the support, the excitement, the nerves (yes, I like this part!), and the love that bursts out of the seams on wedding days. I love what weddings have come to symbolize-- the beginning of a life together. Getting to know each and every couple and their network of important people is critical to hand+heart and is really why we do what we do. Weddings are beautiful, yes. But the people that make up the wedding? That's the bread and butter.
our travel policy HAS PASSPORT! WILL TRAVEL! I ask that clients take care of airfare, accommodation, and any travel fees that may accrue during travel (rental car, Uber/Lyfts, gas). Any travel within 20 miles of San Francisco is free. For events over 75 miles from San Francisco: If event is scheduled to conclude at or past midnight of scheduled event, I ask that the client provides coverage of hotel or other agreed upon lodging within 10 miles of event location.
