about us We are a team of award-winning designers and event enthusiasts. We create vivid environments for any occasion, of any size, by marrying our team of talented event designers with our vast collection of event rentals. Our boutique design and rental offerings span multiple markets across the United States and Mexico through our primary locations in San Clemente, CA, Portland, OR, Austin, TX, and Tulum, Mexico. From first inspiration to installation, Archive Rentals will create a cohesive and stunning event leveraging our collection. The rental process at Archive begins with a consultation with a Designer to understand your vision and ideas. We'll create a custom proposal with items that tell your story best. You'll be welcome to come in to one of our warehouse locations to see your pieces first hand and then our Designer can also come onsite the day of your event to ensure everything is set exactly as it should be.
