She loves all things vintage and ornate. He loves all things urban and modern. Combining those two styles, they really had the best of both worlds by getting married in a very urban venue (HNYPT LA, located in Downtown LA), and styling the space with vintage rentals + decor! With the help of Harmony Creative Studio, Ashley + Junior combined their differing styles for an utterly romantic result. From dried florals, to a hanging ceremony backdrop, and one insanely gorgeous veil, they turned this Downtown LA space into a vintage dream.
Ashley shares We have been living in Downtown Los Angeles for the past 4 years and we felt that our relationship has grown and developed along with our neighborhood! It was important for us to keep everything about our wedding day local. My bridesmaids and I got ready for the big day in our apartment, our first look portraits were taken in the stairwell of our building, and we also took portraits walking around our neighborhood.
Ready to see how the whole thing came together? Let’s take a look at the photos captured by Caca Santoro!
How fun are those mylar balloons?!
THAT. VEIL.
Ashley didn’t share where her gorgeous veil was from, but we rounded up a few other similar stunners for those looking to make a statement with a long veil…

Ashley’s textured lace gown is by Nicole Miller.
Such a dapper bunch! Ashley shares Looking back at our wedding photos 25 years from now, we will not only be reminded of the wonderful memories of our wedding day, but also the amazing memories we shared in our first home together in Downtown LA.
Rounded out with eucalyptus leaves + sprigs of fern, we love the way Foxtail Florals incorporated both dried + fresh florals into this bouquet!
Urban + slightly industrial… How gorgeous is this ceremony space?
We had the best time dancing! To see our closest friends and family members having fun together/ enjoying each other's company really warmed our hearts.
My advice to all the brides and grooms out there is to always go with your gut feeling! Wedding blogs and Pinterest pages are awesome ways to research ideas and find decorating ideas... But once you fall in love with something, stick with it! There are so many different styles and options and it can sometimes be overwhelming. Trust your instincts and I promise it will come out beautiful!
How incredibly dreamy is this reception space? Congrats, Ashley + Junior!!

Really love the idea of combining dried flowers with fresh flowers in the bouquet. And that veil…love, love, love!
