It’s time to celebrate Latinx culture through this vibrantly styled wedding inspiration (and alpacas!!). Each year, Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 by celebrating the histories, cultures + contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central & South America. Are you ready to celebrate?!
Together, Marcela Pulido Photography + Shantel Dix conceptualized this a beautifully vibrant shoot, inspired by Mexican culture and colors. With the rad IRL Latina couple, Ivy + Terry, were on board with incorporating both their heritage + own gothic styles, everything else seemed to just fall into place.

As a South American animal, these fuzzy friends are important in Latin and Incan cultures – both spiritually and socially. They can represent endurance to reach your goal of having a successful, long term relationship! So cool (and cute).

Culturally Vibrant Dessert Table
Vibrant + sweet – can you believe this sugar work?! The polvorón table full of Mexican candies and Pan Dulce (sweet breads) were provided by Courtney of La Reinita. The rad, custom cake topper, by Bobby Larson, designed of the two brides sits sweetly atop the gorgeous 4 tiered wedding cake by Jennifer Parrish Taylor.
