Romantic Textural Wedding Inspiration

texture inspiration

The talented Denver-based team behind today’s lovely wedding inspiration was completely enamored with the idea of texture + wanted to stage a shoot based on that concept! To execute their approach, they layered different fabrics + elements, using a beautifully understated neutral color palette, to create a rich, romantic feel that perfectly epitomizes a wedding. I know that blushes, ivories + peaches are some of the most commonly used wedding hues, so I hope this feature inspires those of you who are planning a day with a soft tones + a romantic vibe!

Thanks so much to Laura Murray for the beautiful photohraphs + to A Vintage Affair for the picture-perfect planning and design. So much pretty in one place!

The florals by Bare Root Flora are truly jaw-dropping! They chose only the most romantic of blooms like anemones, tulips and ranunculus and styled them in such an interesting, yet elegant way. Major love.

The fabric backdrop was designed with chiffon and tulle flower trims, using the same color palette. Something like this would work perfectly as an altar frame or a fabulous cake backdrop.
