If Stevie Nicks Got Married Today, Here’s What It Would Look Like

Earthy Boho Inspiration

Starting with a soundtrack of southern rock and folk from the 1970’s, the team behind today’s styled shoot imagined a modern-day Stevie Nicks getting married… And it’s GORGEOUS. Harmony Creative Studio began with several textures, namely: wood, silver, pottery, pampas grass, lace, and macramé. Combining those with the adjectives of ‘romantic’, ‘organic’, ‘strong’, ‘earthy’, along with the talents of florist, Shindig Chic, and photographer, Katie Pritchard, this shoot definitely speaks to all the bohemian brides out there.

Get ready to fall in love, let’s take a look!

Harmony Creative Studio shares You want the *perfect dress* — for it to be timeless, one that you won’t look back on in 20 years and have a ‘What was I thinking?’ moment. Yet, you also want it to be fashionable and most importantly – you! I love the trend towards reception dresses, and also just having another dress for photos if your timeline can swing it. For our ceremony, we choose the lace ‘Felix’ dress from Tara Lauren.

For the ceremony backdrop, they kept it with the very neutral pampas grass and added in striking blue vases for a pop of color.

Angelena of Shindig Chic always knows just what to add to make it perfect. In this case, just the softest sprinkling of light copper colored sweet peas added so much life and depth to the overall design it was amazing. Add in carved wood bowls, freeform pottery and modern glassware, and the finished table felt so organic and inviting.

Island Bridal Wedding Dress

The team went up to the very tip-top of the Brookview Ranch property to take sunset bridal portraits in the boho ‘Topanga’ dress from Island Bridal. It’s fringe, fun, and all things fabulous!

Yes, you’re seeing that right — it’s a floral topped wind chime! Just something different – have your florist add dried flowers and you can hang it outside your new home for a reminder of your special day.
