Sirjana is from India, Ben is from New Zealand — both are professional photographers and wanted a beautiful + intimate place to say yes to each other for the rest of their lives. Traveling from the North to South island with photographer Pablo Laguia, the trip took a few days until they reached Mount Cook on the South Island.
To honor Sijana’s heritage + culture, the two wore traditional Punjabi outfits. The photographer, Pablo, tells us: Both of them were wearing a traditional Punjabi outfits, they were very excited while we were walking until we got to the mountain. As a traditional Punjabi wedding, they washed each other’s feet in the lake before the ceremony… That was a very beautiful moment, as a wedding photographer I’ve never had the opportunity to see something so special, it was magical!
Talk about epic…
The way she’s looking at him! SWOON!!
Sirjana is an incredible painter, and as a wedding gift, she gave Ben a beautiful painting of them.
And the way he’s looking at her… Seriously, the sweetest.
Are you adding Mount Cook on New Zealand’s south island to your list? We certainly are!
How gorgeous is she?!
A beautiful love story of two beautiful human beings… Congrats S+B!!
