DIY Silk Flower Bouquet with Afloral

DIY Silk Flower Bouquet

Today we’re showing you how to use Afloral flowers to create a gorgeous all-silk floral bouquet you can make at home for your wedding. That means it will never fade throughout the day, you can have it as a keepsake later, and you don’t have to wait for your favorite flower to be in season! We especially had fun with Afloral’s new “real touch” flowers that felt like the real thing! Here’s how we did it…

What You’ll Need:
• Silk flowers from AFloral. We picked lots of pretties like peonies, cabbage + garden roses + greenery to craft our bouquet. Find more products we used on this curated page on Afloral.com

• Floral Tape

• Ribbons

Step 1: Start by gathering your favorite medium blooms by bundling them together, like so. It helps to trim any excess ends or leaves first.
Step 2: Continue to add medium to large blooms here, like the peony!
Step 3: Next we added the smaller blooms to fill in any gaps, like the mini ranunculus.
Step 4: Finally, add ay special flowers (like the lilac) and top off with some greens. At this point you’ll want to trim your ends, wrap your floral tap several times around the bouquet to tighten, and finish off with some pretty silk ribbons!
