describe your artistic style:
Artistically, I'm so inspired by film and it's ability to capture such a soft and organic look. While I shoot primarily digital, my roots started in the dark room. Film photography inspired me to pursue my educational career in photography which led to my career as a photographer. Photographing weddings is my passion and continually pushes me as a photographer to be better at what I do, every day. I love creating beautiful images that tell your story creatively and organically. My images are slightly whimsical and romantic, making you feel swept off your feet but also authentic with emotion.
what inspires you?
My inspiration comes from so many things! My amazing couples, their stories, your story and beyond. With a wedding comes a new life together and my favorite part about being a wedding photographer is meeting new friends and seeing their lives flourish and grow. To capture this is the biggest reward! I'm inspired by your relationships, your ambitions, and your style. Everyone is so unique and it's extremely inspiring getting to know the people that I cross paths with.
what do you love about weddings?
I love seeing how excited mom is or how emotional dad is. Seeing the groom before she walks down the aisle, the emotion and anxiousness, and seeing the huge smile break as she enters the ceremony. I just love that! On the flip side, I love the details. It's all in the details!
what's your travel policy?
Travel fees are applied for weddings more than 100 miles outside of San Jose, CA. Some locations are subject to exception.
