describe your artistic style:
We're a full hearted innovative homestyle company with a mission to create a sustainable future. We specialize in plant based (vegan) cuisine, our brisket is sublime and our classic organic chicken Marbella is addictive. Jennie's a bit of a collector, and has all her own buffet and service wares, featuring an epic collection of pounded aluminum serve ware and shabby chic mixed china plates.

what inspires you?
Celebration is our inspiration! Jennie is from a long line of partiers who love to eat! Sharing what she does brings her joy, and it's contagious, you'll see when you come in for a tasting. Our inspiration is easily piqued, be it a new recipe, heirloom vegetables, a new set of old china or a tricky logistical situation. We dig in and soar.

what do you love about weddings?
Wedding day; that's our favorite day. Gathering the friends and family, articulating the vision, managing the "flow", being a part of the celebration, we love it all. Jennie's favorite part of the day though, is watching the bride walk down the aisle, starting a new life, partnering up, feeling the love in the room. That's the best part.

what's your travel policy?
Our exquisite plant based cuisine makes us very popular, it's a niche that sets us apart. There are very few experienced vegan caterers in the world. We're more than willing to travel to spread the love of plant based living.
