Two super fun summer engagement sessions to share with you guys today! The first is from Aria Photography and is of Ginger + Jon. Ginger is a huge fan of Green Wedding Shoes, and has been using GWS to help plan her “vintage” theme wedding. Thanks Ginger! I love the cute lemonade stand they stumbled upon…
It looked like a perfect fun summer day! Thanks Aria! You can see more from their fun session on Aria’s Blog. Aria Photography is located in American Fork, UT and available to travel worldwide.
And next we have the fun session from Stone Crandall – and it has special meaning to him – it’s of his sister Kelsey! Kelsey is also a GWS reader and even introduced her brother to GWS, so thanks for introducing us – and congrats to Kelsey + Buck on their fun photos :) A bit into the shoot from Stone:
Kelsey and Buck are getting married July 24, 2010 up in Crested Butte,CO at the Lazy F Bar Ranch. The two of them are some of the most kind, sincere, and flat-out funny people I have ever known so when it came to their engagement shoot we wanted to try something a bit different and completely fun that really showcased their amazing personalities (also Kelsey still insisted on a few “pretty”photographs).
The location we shot at is a pool just 10 minutes down the road from Boulder and has quite a rich history. The pool opened on July 4, 1905 and was originally called the “Coney Island of the West.” When it opened in 1905 it was the largest swimming pool in the country. Even Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower honeymooned in the cabin just east of the pool and hotel. The resort’s popularity grew during the 1910’s and 1920’s, and the hotel guest list read like a “Who’s Who in America.” Guests included heavyweight champion Jack Dempsey, actor Douglas Fairbanks, actress Mary Pickford and W.C. Fields.
Stone Crandall is one of our sponsors here at Green Wedding Shoes. You can view more from this session on his blog. Stone is located in Colorado, but moving to San Diego in the next few months.
OH. MY. GOSH. I’m seriously obsessed! This is one of the most fabulous e-seshes I’ve ever seen, & I’ve seen A LOT of sessions. Wow, I’m totally inspired. This is the hawtest couple ever!
I browse a lot of wedding blogs and these photos are some of the best I’ve seen. They really capture the essence of the couples in such a fun and unique way. I’m trying to get Stone to shoot my best friend’s wedding!!
these are SUPER adorable! love both sessions!
Kelsey and Bucks’ pictures are amazing! I love the style. Totally refreshing.
Lemonade stand! Possibly the cutest engagement session I’ve ever seen!

Wow both sessions are so unique in their own little way! I’ve never seen anything like them, and I love it!
Whoa… The pictures of Kelsey and Buck are amazing. So retro, so fun. Stone Crandall has such a creative and unique eye.
I LOVE the pictures of Buck and Kelsey! What a fun couple- Stone (and Shelby) did an incredible job of capturing their personalities.
Love the session of Kelsey + Buck. Super fun and original+ a great way to personalize a shoot!
e-sessions like the one above with the lemonade stand makes me want to get married all over again JUST to have another e-session! :)
fantastic!
Both of these shoots are so creative and fun. Just the right amount of whimsy and props without being too overboard!
Awesome shoot at the pool! Very creative!
LOVE these pics stone! They are the best
Those pool photos have a great vibe and I really like the lemonade stand idea, too. :)
I love both shoots so…much. Ginger’s hair is gorgeous, and talk about a hot swimsuit on Kelsey!
I look at both of these shoots and only wish my husband and I had something like this from when we were engaged! Both shoots have so much personality! I really love the unique approach Stone Crandall Photography brings to the scene… his work is so fresh and fun! Look out Cali…
Stone is the man. Such great shots. How original!
Both photo sets are really cute, but I am particularly in love with the pool shoot. So unique and adorable!
Stone Crandall was apparently born with a camera around his neck. It’s an odd deformity to have, but it produces really great pictures.
both these shoots look so fun!
Both these couples are incredibly cute… and the shoots made me crave my much needed holiday soooo badly
I love those pool shots from Stone. He killed it on that shoot. Stone has got the stuff.
